  3. Expenses are only allocated to budget categories of your selection, in amounts that you enter for each category.

  5. The proceedure is similar to that of entering a deposit to selected categories.

  7. PROCEDURE

  9.  1 - Click on the Expenses button to show the input box for the total expense.
  10.  
  11.  2 - Enter your total expense.
  12.  
  13.  3 - Highlight your selected category
  14.  
  15.  4 - Enter the amount of the expense for that category
  16.  
  17.  5 - Repeat steps 3 and 4 until the Balance to Distribute is zero.

  19. YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER FURTHER DEPOSITS OR EXPENSES UNTIL THE BALANCE TO DISTRIBUTE IS ZERO.
